Kodiacbear's Journey to Ironman

My Journey to Ironman USA Lake Placid, started with a tiny voice in my head during my last semester of college in 2007. (I was never one to do things the easy way). It was an idea that grew and needed a voice. Training began near the end of 2007. Although the Ironman Lake Placid 2008 Journey ended with a knee injury--The Journey continues and I am paying this one forward doing The Janus Charity Challenge for The Care Center. Ironman Lake Placid 2009 Here I Come!
